I started my apprenticship back in ireland, were i started out on new builds. I done this for the duration of my apprenticeship for three years, then got into shopfitting for the next four years were we would have a bare shell of a building get the plans and get started. I decided to take a big step in my life and moved to melbourne when i was 23 years old. I soon got into work with a company that done renovations, shopfitting an doing finish work in high apartments, i gained a lot of experience interacting with clients and shop and apartment owners.having done for about two and a half years i joined a company that specialised in easy access for the disabled and elderly, doing deck ramps and steps, as well as doing pergolas and final fix out in new builds, also gaining great experience in being leading handover a crew, i worked there for three years. since then i have been working in newcastle, sub contracting, doing renovation and shop fit out work. As well as this i make recycled furniture, do internal recycled cladding walls for shops/cafes, also designing and fitting them out.
