1st year complete as a mechanical motor cycle apprenticeship 17years old moved to Perth and started and finished an apprenticeship in carpentry/joiner, my apprenticeship host taught me the old school ways in roof carpentry, 1st and 2nd fix, decking, Patios cedar lining. The last 12 months of my apprenticeship H.I.A placed me with a host company that specialises in Heritage listed buildings, this exposed me to detailed finishes. After completing my apprenticeship with H.I.A, I spent 6 months with a company that taught me how to roof plumb (sheeting, down pipes, guttering) I then spent 2 years gaining experience across Victoria, Tasmania and N.S.W including high end residential, commercial, farm maintenance, solar farm installation with Loyd Energy N.S.W. live on site, pallet raking systems Tas live on site. I then returned to Perth and started my own company working on Schools, Cathedrals, Office blocks, Apartment blocks, Heritage Buildings, housing, cedar lining, decking/pergola/outdoor entertainment areas, specialised roofing, shop fit out, 1st & 2nd fix, maintenance, new estate boardwalks, transportable buildings, demolition, renovation. I believe I have varied qualities and experience as well as supervising and training staff/team running my own company.
