About the role
Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance on our carwash and associated equipment.
Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner and submit electronically.
Provide a first-class level of customer service to all of our customers. Including level of work and communication.
Provide a high level of workmanship to ensure equipment is maintained at the highest level.
Always Provide positive communication to both internal and external customers
Ability to carry out installations interstate or remote areas as required,
Work on a rotational roster to cover weekend and public holiday breakdowns
Carry out and maintain correct stock levels in field service van.
Ensure that company vehicles and stock are kept in good clean condition.
High level of personal presentation as you will be the face of the business to the customer.
Maintain company vehicle and ensure weekly inspections are carried out.
Accurately order parts and equipment as needed using correct procedures.
Strong diagnostic and analytical skills to ensure first time fix rates.
Moderate to heavy lifting, lowering, pulling and pushing in cold and hot environment, indoor or outdoor as required
Must be physically fit and willing to learn new systems and processes.

Skills and experience
Qualified Electrician with Car wash experience preferred but not a necessity.
Willing to learn and follow company policies and procedures.
Forklift license and EWP license preferred but not essential, however, would be willing to undertake the training working towards these licensing requirements.
Be physically fit and able to work under all conditions.
Must be prepared to work on an on-call roster covering weekends and public holidays.
Have a current full manual Drivers Licence.
Be well presented with good customer service skills.
Be proficient with computer technology
Willing to work as an individual as well as part of a team.
