About the role

We are seeking a professional and vibrant individual to join our small team on a full time basis. In this role you will be an integral part of the business, displaying exceptional time management and customer service skills. Previous experience within a commercial property, construction, or maintenance company is essential.

Liaising closely with the Coordinators and Facilities Managers, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance throughout Sydney.

  • Trade Certificate in Electrical or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial electrical maintenance
  • Driver's Licence
  • Construction Induction Card (White Card)
  • Working at Heights Certificate
  • Elevated Work Platform (Under 11m) 


Skills and experience

  • Handle tasks thoroughly and with a sense of urgency
  • The ability to swiftly identify and evaluate day to day problems and the ability to correct them
  • A strong ability to prioritise tasks and follow up as necessary
  • The capacity to work unsupervised
  • Good attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and desire to excel
  • Excellent grooming and presentation
  • A professional approach when dealing with staff and clients
  • Understanding of how to work in a safe manner and adhere to current WH&S legislation and guidelines
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate computer skills
