We are seeking a Project Manager with at least 6 years experience in residential projects with a proven track record including managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will also be required to supervise the Leading hand and distribute timelines. We are located in Southwest Sydney. Your Responsibilities will include: - Contracts Administration - Planning carpentry and residential building jobs out - Ensure works are completed on time, safely and to a quality standard - Leading carpenters to be productive and efficient - Create and integrate timelines - Support our business through the next 5 years of growth, which will require supervisory tasks while growing. Possible carpentry hands on duties at times. - Manage Profit and cost centres, and help improve - Meet with Leading Hand Carpenter weekly to deliver timelines - Drive and motivate the workers - Production and monitoring of staff KPI’s - Management of sub-contractors and trades - Ability to read architectural plans - Good computer literacy - Be able to solve problems on site - Work within KPI’s - Provide a high level of customer service - Daily reporting to the Director To be successful you will: - 6 years experience in Project Management and also residential carpentry - Degree in project management - Have clear written and verbal communication skills - Perfectionist and multi-tasker - Excellent time management and organisation skills - A High standard of WHS management - Be punctual and reliable - Be well groomed at all times - Be friendly and pro-active in your customer service approach - Be passionate and a self-motivated person - Must have own car and white card
